Yes I have but like most of them it doesn't work like I want it to, especially the fact that it dies every 20 minutes. Instead of slowing the cpu down it just seems to interrupt it over and over and over and the result is not a smooth and slower running program like on slower CPU chips but a very choppy attempt at it. And I don't know if it is the fact I have to use the DOS sound emulator making it a program that is controlling the sounds but they too suffer way too much to ignore using CPU killer. Something like this works decently with the old Magic the Gathering: Planewalkers game where they try to supplement real time with reaction upon player movements but I've never had CPU killer work correctly for me.
