s2000 with a ls1 sounds like a winner to me .been a bit busy on my ls1 .my knuckles are just a ruined .so far i,ve replaced the coil pack, map sensor and the ECM .ive also done a few upgrades like chucking the headers for a set of 1 5/8 primaries through to 3 inch dual ,system .removed the stock 75mm throttle body for a 102mm throttle body .swapped the 7mm spark plug leads for 10mm leads and it now runs a maffles tune .i haven,t done a dyno run yet butt my tunner reckons it should be good for 300kw at the flywheel .butt ive now been bitten by the horse power bug and i thinking of adding a turbo or two .heres a pic of what it looks like today

Its air suspension, not static. Still looks cool though. If I had a family I'd get it

Timing chain went in to be fixed today at BMW, that's what was making the rattling sound.

They've given me a new Mini Cooper S as a cover - jeez is it quick in go kart mode.

Oh really?? Interesting......Timing Chains aren't a common issue, but are problematic when they do go wrong!

Apparently it's stretched which is causing a few issues.
£2.2k it was going to cost then BMW said they'd pay for it all!

Just to complete the picture that other issue with the squeaking went away after the stripped and cleaned my handbrake.

Yeah, you could slip a tooth on the cams, that would be horrendous!

Oh sweet! My Bimmer had the same squeaking issue, replacing the shoes fixed it so thats a job well done!

Dude....your hate on camber makes me giggle!

But that looks really well set up, im assuming its turbo'd being a volvo lump
