So i took the morning of work because i needed to 'buck up'
I opened the lockup and looked at the car, its not as bad as what i first thought, with a clear head i managed to total up what i needed, and tbh there is no reason why it cant be back on the road in a couple of weeks.
Think that scares me is why the back end went out, i discovered i have no clutch pedal so slave cylinder could be shot
Also Barnsley, because you're a man of resources, could you hunt around see if you can find me a front crash bar

Ah crap. I'll look around but I think we might struggle unless you ask an importer.

Im currently on the phone to couple other breakers, new headlights are £400 :lol:
Might as well buy another one and scrap this

No i was actually driving really carefully, im always careful!
Get an R33 front end or a silvia front end and make something wicked
Spoken to Knight Racer about a 34 front end, its doable

You got a daily as well now?
But you lost control and ended up in a field and you want to repair the car and drive it again. Unless you knew something was seriously wrong like your tire exploded or there was some road missing I don't understand why you would contemplate doing that. Either I don't know something or Kambo logic is not translating into JR into logic/there is no logic here. If there is no logic i'm disturbed that we share the same traffic infrastructure.

I have to say that I agree with this to some degree.
Why did the backend fly out so easily?

My friends seem to think i have a problem with the arms on the rear, we reckon one of them moved and threw the car out!
The car is way too iconic to give up on, the fact i didnt bust through the slam panel kind of makes me wanna sort it as it'll cost me about fuck all.
Either way i need a front crash bar so i can mount my intercooler to get to my garage so they can examine the car
He would of ended up a lot further from the road, and probably slightly more dead.

I dont speed excessively on road, other drivers are unpredictable with cutting people up and shit, i was doing 70mph, car hadnt been used for 3 weeks the tyres were cold car wasn't even fully at operating temperature before i crashed, i wouldnt be hooning around with a car that isnt warmed up, cost of a rebuild is circa £7000 on a RB not worth it!
