Cant get i5 760 stable @ 4 ghz

hey guys for some reason i cant get my CPU stable at 4 ghz 200x20

my settings are as follows

CPU Voltage 1.33v

DRAM Voltage 1.65v

IMC Voltage 1.23v

PLL Voltage 1.90v

PCH Voltage 1.05v

CPU Spread Spectrum Disabled

all power saving options are disabled windows is setted to high performance

really appreciated if anyone can help me

I know some people who need their 760's at 1.4V CPU to get it stable. I get my 760 stable at 4Ghz with 1.31V. Some chips are really unlucky with voltage.

Try upping the CPU voltage and post the results (Safe voltage for the 760 is 1.4V if temps are not through the roof, since you have a D14 there wont be much temperature problems

ok i pushed vcore up to 1.4v and it passed fully on 200x20 4 ghz and with the GPU oced i came out on a 30k 3dmark vantage score

Sounds high, what were the ambient temps if you have them, and when stress testing are you using Prime or F@H?

Sounds right temps to me for a D14.. @ 1.37V

oky doky those temps are fine if you're hitting the 80s only when using one of those.
