So after about 2 years of owning this cpu i finally decided to overclock it. It is an i7 950 (3.07 GHZ stock) and i just recently oc'd it to 4 ghz using settings i found on the internet and tweaked it a bit( changed multi from 23 to 24 so i could get lower bclk and eventually higher ram). i am currently stress testing using prime95 and so far max temps are 73,74,73,73 after 15 mins. do these settings look ok? is something too high or too low?

ok guys apart from the oc, now i have another problem. the pc works fine and after 1 hour of prime i get no errors(i know i need to test it for longer but i didnt have time just yet) but when i switch it off and switch it back on the screen stays off and i have to pull the plug and switch it on again only to get an overclocking failed error. now i tried upping the vcore to 1.3v to see if it happens again
