try working with people that ask you things and then you ask what kind of pc they have, and they say erm its white does that help?

... depends on the problem, my only issue is that people seem to think they know everything, they seem to think they know what the problem is and when you ask a simple question, such as what graphics card do you have, or did you buy it as a bundle therefore do you have a list of whats in it. they freeze up and start saying the same things over and over 99.9% unrelated to the problem in the end anyway ,,,,

i love it when people ask their problem that could be caused by more then one thing, then expect you to know whats wrong without even getting to have a look and then have the cheek to finish off with "oh i thought you knew about computers"

LMAO i work for Knowhow (PC world ish) and even with discount i would never ever buy a PC from them. i've tried telling the big bosses this but they just look down their noses because i have never run a multi million pound business so what would i know lol :lol:
