sorry, ok well im running a abit fata1ity an8 sli 3500+. its currently running at 2530mhz multiplyer 11 but when i try changing my memory timings it dosent start so i have to reset cmos. also if this helps spd set my ram at ddr500 but when i upgraded my bios spd changed my ram to ddr400 so i reverted back to my old bios.

As for your problem reason your pc doesnt start up is due to misconfiguration in your memory timings and or cpu settings.
if you dont mind posting your settings in advanced section of your bios. These include your cpu settings and memory settings and timings so we can see where the problem is.

Yes, a pic of your settings and such would be helpful. Those sticks utilize Samsung UCCC chips and from what results I have seen, should clock quite well. However, UCCC absolutely does NOT like tighter timings at all. Some people are able to push down to 3-4-3-8 on other brands, but for the most part Corsair's can't really be pushed down at all. Also, best voltages are 2.6-2.8, sometimes 2.9.

Upload it to an image hosting place like www.imageshack.us or http://upload.sysxtreme.com/ then click on the image icon above^ and enter the URL that you get from the upload

hehe1. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard.
2. Open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.
3. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.
4. If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.
5. Cut out the unneeded parts or use marque tool to select the part you want press Ctrl + C to copy make new document Ctrl + V to paste.
6. Save the file.
