Im very confused.
If his HTT (FSB) is at 233 with his cpu at 233*10 giving 2.3ghz. and his ram (when set to this "DDR400 mode") is running at 230 this would suggest to me that its running 1:1. And indeed, raising it to "DDR500 mode" would provide a ram favouring divider. Right?
However if(assuming the above is correct) he wishes to overclock his CPU further i think he should leave it at a 1:1 raitio (this improves stability) and try his HTT (or FSB or w/e you want to call it) higher. The ram has proved itself to be easily capable of ~280mhz therefore his limiting factor now would be the CPU, and it being a 90nm venice i would have thought he could get it to 240-60Mhz HTT.
