Can i complain and get Primed?

I bought my replacement of the faulty DT770 that i returned 8 days ago and got despatched the day after(16th).
So that was the 16th, due to the xmas period amazon said it'd be delivered by 23rd which is today.

Its already nearly quarter to 3 and there's been no knock on the door or even a missed delivery notice.

As it says on amazon, "Your Orders", delivery date: 23rd Dec 2013; can i call up and complain or can i not do anything about it?

Do you not have any tracking info? I got something from Amazon recently that turned up at 4. Most couriers operate up to 6:30 I believe.

Nop, it doesnt have tracking cause its the free service, says 3 to 5 days.
And i believe when using free service, amazon uses Royal Mail, which i dont think operates until 6.30

Ah, no tracking information does mean it comes with the normal post. I also got an item delivered through this service, it arrived on Friday and was dispatched on the 17th. I assume it's coming from a third party seller?

No, its straight from Amazon; had to pay 99p extra for that "privilage" some might say

Should i give amazon a call, at this time of night, 10 to 10?
I think no parcel service operates at this time, so im safe on the 'incase it arrives' bit.

yes, a lot time ago, on the 16th

then it'll be due to a royal mail problem rather than an amazon problem. the despatch message on the site is added when the shipment is manifested virtually onto the lorry ... ive worked for amazon for 2 years thats why i know this..
although if you were to contact amazon they'll probably send you another one anyway mate.
