I second the locking of the PCI clocks. I remeber wheay back when on my Intel system that when i didn't lock the PCI clocks as soon as i went over a certain FSB my system wouldn't get past post.
That board may not let you clock the PCI bus speed... if it doesn't you're pretty much locked in to the fastest speed that you've currently been able to achieve before the non post issue starts happening.
