Ahhh! Split...again

Ok so I was having some overclocking woes and I know it's not the mobo because people have actually gotten pretty nice OCs with it in all the reviews I read pro and non pro. So I don't know what this is, what do you guys here think it is? My FSB max is 879 MHZ and my cpu ide temp at stock is around 20 degrees in windowss and 25 in bios (celcius) and under laod its about 24-27 degrees celcius. My mobo never exceeds 45 degrees celcius.

What PSU is it? That might be your problem

It's an HEC PSU but HEC is good they used to make the Antecs and my dad tested it with a multimeter for me and the readings came out well. This PSU also has very good reviews. I've never experienced any rpoblems and the system does boot like all my lights and fans boot up it's just my monitor wont come out of standby.
