Calcuationg Fan Speeds

Hmm well I have sensitive hearing so I'm still unsure whether or not i would hear it. I can hear my R2 fans from fractal at 12v and they spin at 1000rpm. That's with my front door closed. Granite it's only air noise but I can still hear it.

I should probably note that the rads i will be using have low fpi(will be RX/ST) and that means I can get by with less SP correct?

Edit: I found these...Gelid fans that run at 100rpm with a 1.07mmH2O pressure rating. Seems like it would be good and it's cheap?
