Hey everybody

About 2 months ago my pc started to make a very loud buzzing sound, and i thought it could be the gpu, but im not sure, is there any way to test if it is the gpu. My psu makes a little squek once in a while, but it seems like today, when i took all the parts out of my pc it was the gpu.

It's driving me nuts, should i rma both psu (ax850) and gpu to be sure, or should i live with this hell.

could be coilwhine on your gpu not much you can do apart from rma it same for the psu if its doing it buzzing/squealing see if cleaning it with dustoff helps if not then rma it aswell but if they cant find a fault they will just return it as is...

Firstly, you think it is the GPU, you also say you have 3 of them, start by taking all of them out and testing to make sure it is the GPU, then try with each of the cards solo, that way you can isolate the issue and start working from there.

I don't have three of them it's the windforce x3 :)

Take out the GPU, run off integrated graphics to see whether it's the GPU or PSU - or put your ear next to it to see which it is?

It's probably more likely to be the GPU tbh. Does it happen all the time, or just under load?
