So i thought i could make a cover for the 5.25" bay. i never bend metal sheet...so i made a quick prototype :D

it kinda fits....if i take the time to do it right i should be able to make a nice cover

But why do i need a cover? Because my 5.25" bay has holes :D

And it fits a HDD cage!

MKII of the cover went really well, i took my time (4hours)

Now i have space for 3 secret HDDs !

I put this just for a quick look together, and sadly it's way to bright. I think i should get a less translucent plexi for the top.

but it works :D

i works is an understatement
it looks flipping amazing
:notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:

i'am absolutly no fan of the corsair 800d and 900d ( if it's not heavly modded )
i just dont like the standard inner layout

but this is going to be an absolute beauty of a 900d
hats off to you sir hats off

:rock::rock::rock:

moar i want moar :lol:

I bought a second plexi for the top part and cut the ledstrip to the right length. Now i can look at my lightbox without going blind :D

I didn't had to much time last week. I finished my hdd tray, had to cut a hole into my back cover

gP7L7vn.jpg

The HDD thingis were to long, so i had to cut the lever. Now it fits nicely!

I bought a Aquaero because it's the best fancontroller ever. I want to hide it somewhere in the case but i'm not sure where...i didn't know that the cheapest version comes with all the functionality, that's kinda nice.

I made a 4-way fan splitter for on of the radiators, i'm a bit rusty when it comes to sleeving but i think it turned out ok.

EtVXGAc.jpg

I made fanplitter cables for the rest of my fans, it seems like it's going to be really cramped in the bottom compartment. Even with all fans at 100% and no panels on the case it's really silent.

I also sleeved the front I/O connectors turned out really nice! I forgot how much time consuming sleeving is :D
