With my Christmas money/paycheque, I've decided to upgrade my rig a bit to future-proof it for a bit longer.

Current Rig:

Intel i7 930 @ 3.6GhZ

4gb Kingston DDR3 1600mhz

Noctua NH-D14

Corsair TX650W

Palit GTX 460 768mb

1 x Samsung HD103UJ - 1TB

1 x Samsung HD502HJ - 320GB

Antec DF-35

My intended upgrades are:

I have the v2 UD3R, and I already have 4gb of RAM which is only working in dual channel, so buying the 2nd 2gig stick to bring it up, Mushkin would be nice, but kinda out of the question out of the moment

I just ordered the 2GB Palit GTX 460 version also, deffinetly go for 4gb mushkin ram and id rather go with the new 2500k I5 than the i7 930 but its up to you

I already have that build. Just looking to upgrade a couple of bits.

Definitly need to get the 3rd stick to make it triple channel, it will run better than way. So your options are limited in that respect, since it's probably better if all the sticks are matching.

Yea get a 3rd stick of exactly the same memory so you are able to run triple channel.

The biggest overall speed bump should give you the upgrad from any hdd to an SSD as a boot drive with your main applications on it. Kingston V+ series are really good if you want to go down the SSD route. (Corsair Force or the Mushkin SSD are great aswell, if you can't get the Kingston)
