TBH for the money ive actually spent out i reakon ive got a very very good rig and it will pwn a$$ :P

give me your views people, where i could of done better and what not, ok i cant change but at least i know for the future :D

i know the cpu does at least 2.8GHZ and with sli aswell TBH i dont think ill need to upgrade anytime soon and the rig will last a fair old amount of time

im looking forward to the build and will try and take pictures at different stages and update accordingly, i cant see myself on these forums alot over the next few days to get pointers and stuff :D

Have to laugh really , the kit you have been given is better than what I have in mine. good luck with the build.

i skimpped on the case as i want to invest money in other areas, i.e seperate sounds card for the first time ever instead of onboard and speakers aswell, the case doesnt look to bad and from teh reviews ont eh website its of a decent quality, and is sturdy to, the psu is going to be used as a paper weight that its bundled with, and the case fans can be used to replace my xbox fans mayb, im going to have red cathodes shing out from behind the motherboard and the blues in the main part of the case,

im going to need help with setting up raid as ive never had raid before in my life!!!

what you guys think of the case?

i must admit ebuyer are good but when it comes to online tracking through the "my accoutn" feature its pretty poo, its been stuck on security check for the past god knows how long and i garentee wont change untill after my stuff arrives tuesday!

Raid aint no big deal m8y, there are some excellent threads on it in the drives section of the forum - they`ll explain the type of raid u`ll want to pursue.

As for setting it up, u can get all the help u need, but honestly it aint no biggy.

well i read up about raqid and tbh it isnt that hard!!!

also i just relised ther are 2 versions of the G7 and i got the latter one its costing me £50 so i hope its bloody worth it, the reviews i read are brilliant and im looking forward to using it on source, guys i am gunna pwn ya a$$£$ that is after i got used to source again and got up to standards have not played for months!

Ive got that cooler - its big, heavy but looks sexual when its installed - make sure the fan doesnt catch on the metal when u start it - i had to emrgency power down  (pull the plug out) and push the fan forwards

I just built a mate a new PC with one of those cases and it was an absolute horror to build in. The edges aren't curved and are REALLY sharp, the parts are thin and very easy to snap and the overall build quality is slightly shoddy. Oh, not to mention the cheap, plasticy feel of the thing.

This isn't to say that it doesn't look nice when it's built and the fans are actually quite quiet for stock. Just watch out what you're doing with the feet though, they snap rediculously easy as I found out.

update.... custom fees have been paid £120 for the free pc bits ebyer have shipped my stuff to arrive tomo sooooo all stuff will arrive tomo ( tues)

ye i got one of those cases for a freind the fan at the front is only 80mm but theres anough space to cut a hole for a 120mm

.....

be carefull it may have sharp edges

also who gave you 2 7800s anyway good luck on your build :D
