Budget Motherboard, CPU, and RAM combo.

So, I'm looking for a Motherboard, CPU and RAM combo for under £200 preferably sandybridge 1155 with 4gigs of semi-decent RAM.

Im thinking the i3 2100 3.1ghz as its only £90, not sure about the motherboard as of yet and more than likely some 1600mhz corsair xms3 or vengance.

Your thoughts please?
