BSoD caused by Graphics card?

Is this caused by Graphics Card? Is it also just a coincidence that I updated my Graphics Card today and it done this?

Any help is appreciated.
 
Could be graphics card drivers. Try reinstalling.

No one knows what the BSOD codes actually mean though, apart from a couple of guys who work for Microsoft
