just put in on a plastic/hardwood surface with a layer of anti static wrappin between the componants and the table:)

works for me

Wood. Wood is static free.

Plastic can have surface static a lot of the times.

Magazines work, also.

mob traces dont produce heat, or they would easily melt themselves. this is why mosfets etc get very hot, they tend to take the heat from the rest of the mobo

Dave, ever feel the back of a PCB while the computer is on?

Or, if you have a light-weight aluminium case like me, ever feel the other side?

Tend's to get VERY hot.

PCB can reach temperatures excess of 50ºC where mosfets, north & south bridges are, etc.
