i am going to upgrade to a 1151 build next year. i am going to post what components i will most likely i am going to use.

Why two SSDs?

but i my stick with the Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB 2.5in SSD for this build

I see, so you will just dedicate that single SSD to Steam? Will that be enough? Some games are huge, GTA is about 50gb I think, not sure what you will play.

4.5k budget you've got plenty to upsize the SSDs. 1tb at least. Still leaves room for the GPU and a decent mobo and CPU. 16gb DDR4, AIO, Upgrade to a 980 Ti Classy. Fractal Define S case and still have money left.

I just did a quick wishlist and was around 4k. (Unless you want a good monitor in the price?)
Anyways just a quick list nothing checked for ultra features or compatibility. Gives you an idea tho and if half your stuff is from your last build you'll have plenty of money left.

i really do not think i need to get a new graphic card since i only got it this year
do you really think a 1t ssd is something to go for
also witch mobo should i get Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming G1 Motherboardor the ASUS Maximus VIII Extreme Motherboard

and the case i am torn between
Corsair Graphite 780T Black Full Tower Case or
Corsair Obsidian 750D Case with Window or
Thermaltake Core X9 E-ATX Cube Case or
Corsair Carbide Air 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case so yer

Well that saves you $1100 so a good start. I like the Air 540 personally although the 780T looks nice as well. Get whichever you like the look of best.
Both those motherboards are awesome so aesthetics will probably be your focus if your case has a nice window. Can't go wrong with either of them.

I think I'm going to go with a gigabyte board. Tower still have no idea but it maybe a white case

Jimma47 is right, a single big SSD would be a better choice then two smaller ones. You could always partition it in half when you set everything up and that way you have one partition for games and the other for your OS.

Well i used to be very high on Corsair cases but since i have changed over to a Fractal Design cases i have fallen in love with the Fractal Design cases, I couldn't really recommend any Thermaltake cases, If your looking to get a white case have a look at the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Chassis White or even the NZXT H440 White unless you can find a Fractal Design R5 White.

Well i would say get the one of the Corsair cases maybe the Air 540, The only issue i have with the Air 540 is how the ODD is.

Apart from Corsair are they any other brands you like apart from Thermaltake

There is the NZXT Noctis 450 Mid Tower Gaming Case White but it is to small. So to list the case brands I like are corsair nzxt and maybe coolermaster.
