Bodybuilding/Powerlifting

I think I'm going to start saying this to my clients if they keep on asking stupid questions like "Can I eat a snickers or have a cheat day multiple days in the week ?"

Don't know what to do for nutrition, need to start changing it now, done like five months of chicken, brown rice and spinach.

Nothing wrong with it but I'd like to figure out how to still gain but loose fat.

My nutrition has been the same for 5 years, Oatmeal mixed with flaxmeal for the good fats, 2 scoops of protein and mixed together with warm water, Multi vitamin+mineral and a large glass of green tea.

The rest of the day I have 2 protein shakes between meals and meals consist of steamed chicken with spices and broccoli.

On the weekends for breakfast I have an 8 egg omelette *2 full eggs and 6 whites* with various spices and the rest of the day is 3 protein shakes between meals and the meals are chicken and broccoli.

Simple and it works with keeping/lowering bodyfat and building good lean mass :)

Hahaha. I used some hot sauce on my chicken for a week until it ran out. No more in work. So much nicer when it's hot, takes the shitty taste away.

Here's a good little recipe for you, Dice *Giggidy* up the chicken, Put a little bit of your favorite cooking oil in the pan, Wait for it to heat up and then swirl it around, Once the pan is covered put a healthy sprinkling of Cajun spice in the pan and wait about 2 minutes on an extra low heat for it to sort of cook, Then throw in your chicken, Lovely ! :)

Well it looks like im in the market to get another 2 x 20kg plates to have a total of 158kg of just weight not including the bars and ankle weights and stuff like that.

Maxed my deadlift at 127kg x 5 today
squats are still solid, maxed at 80kg yesterday, 47kg less than my pb but with a compeletly solid form, I could've pushed further but I didn't really feel like it.

Post #2:

frickin 'ell not even close to 6% body fat yet and insomnia is already kicking in, sleeping an average of 5 hours a night which is not good in my books, 9 hours would be a sweet spot usually

Time to switch out that flaxmeal and replace it with Hemp seed or Hemp hearts. Most complete source of EFA, taste better as well.

Aye they seem to be good. Think I'll try them, if not going back to Musclemeds.

I only ever used Magnum Whey, Sci-MX and Biotech USA, Sci-MX are the best IMO, cheaper and taste wayy better than any other protein I ever tried, and coming from a chocaholic this is a big statement :P
