I've only ever trained in three gyms in my life. From 13 to 19, where I worked, grannies...apart from that one good looking girl. 19 I trained in a proper run down but great bodybuilders gym, only one woman had the guts to ever go in there and one of the most popular gyms in the country I'd imagine...DW Sports (JJB, loads of hot girls but they don't know anything other than the treadmill. :(

oh my local leisure centre has a bajiillion girls on a treadmill, who then after go and get a yum yum from greggs :lol:

but my gym has a few girls that train properly, and eat right, MASSIVE DIFFERENCE!
 
Hahaha, I can imagine what these girls going to Greggs look like. Most of the girls in the gym don't need to go to the gym anyway, they always look good, but somehow they see a real chubster in the mirror.

There was one woman in DW who trained right, I watched her do lat pulldown all the time, she battered me on it, she had a fit body. She must of squatted but I never saw her.
 
The gyms I work at have a huge amount of really stunning women in them, Women who actually train and take it seriously, Makes a nice change from the poser women who go in with nearly see through leggings on and do maybe 20 minutes of training and then spend the next hour waggling their arse around to get the guys attention, Never works as most of the guys in the gym I work at go to train their bodies not look at some cheap slapper.
 
alot of people i know wont squat or deadlift, kinda upsetting they're amazing compound movements, some women just get away with not squatting, you can tell by looking tbh

I have a few female training partners and they all squat, After a while you stop seeing "ooh sexy" and just start seeing brothers and sisters in iron ^_^

i know what you mean, im pretty new to the whole iron-hood, so seeing any girl benching/squatting hell even leg pressing gets me excited lol!

but the guys i see everyday at the gym, we all have a understanding, all our routines have shuffled so no one has to wait for equipment, thats cool! and i love the tense of the bicep you get as you walk in rather than the slight nod :lol:

Can I just say a few things. OH MY FUCKING GOD! Ahem, sorry for that. OH MY FUCKING GOD! Lol my bad! Let me just start again OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!

I BROKE 3 PB'S TODAY!!!!!!!

Yes you heard me. OH MY FUCKING GOD THREE. THREE FUCKING PB's one after another.

157.5kg yesterday morning That was a PB. Went into the gym last night and did high volume dead lifts and shoulder press to keep myself working. So I go in today at 12:30pm start squatting and before I know it I'm lifting 140kg, do a triple (my usual working weight at the moment). I add on the weight just rip out the sets. Reach 157.5 and then bam that's gone, 160kg I'm like WHAT THE FUCK! I shouldn't be lifting this. Up the weight again 162.5kg. At this point I was getting a bit nervous, "Am I going low enough? Am I doing this right? This is too easy!! Yesterday I could barely lift 157.25".

I've said this before guys, if you dare you will succeed. I pushed myself when I shouldn't have been pushing myself, but because I was in the right mindset, the right environment, the right nutrition, rest and I fucking challenged myself I broke my own records. I set my bar higher by nearly 10 kilos in just over 24 hours.

Remember on Friday I was fucked, couldn't even squat 140kg for more than 3. I'm sleepy right now but I'm going to get some more food in me and then go train some more volume. Below is the video, I'm eager to see some of you guys post your lifts!

Fucking work hard and meet your goals. Goof luck brosifs.

Jesus I knew I was gonna be bad but I've had to start back at 30 kgs for my squat! I wasn't hitting massive 12 months ago at 87.5 but I was steadily building on it.

Wow 12 months out has ruined me.
