Bodybuilding/Powerlifting

I do like girls that keep fit and maybe do bodyweight and light training, but I'm not really into women that can benchpress me lol :P
Anyway I'd take a fit women anyday, unless Lazar is around, this is gonna sound so gay, but he's like a god to me, his level of aesthetics is too damn high.

Did a quick weigh before breakfast and I'm currently at 94KG and 10% BF :)

Now to chow down on my breakfast which consists of oatmeal with protein powder and flax meal mixed in, 1 lean steak shmeared with natural peanut butter *Sounds funky I know but it's sexy*, 3 whole eggs, An apple, Banana and very large mug of green tea to finish it off.

Meal 1 of 6, Done ;)

75 Squats later and I can hardly walk now.

I'm dreading the fact I've to go out and do my shopping for the week in the next hour or so. :(

Shit day in the gym today. I only got a 145kg squat for two. Just so fatigued from Friday and had a poor weekend.

Hoping my ON Running trainers arrive today so I can get back into running properly. Gained a few pounds so got to get rid of them. Never had ripped abs before but I did come close once, until I stopped working in the gym. Going to be careful on foods I eat and how much I eat from now on. :(

If your BF% is around average for your height and weight then getting ripped abs should should take anywhere from 1 - 4 months, Some of my clients have managed it in less and some have taken far longer.
It all depends on cardio and nutrition.

I trained very heavy then though and did 4.5 mile runs every other day, I was kind of dieting as well though, plus I was just always working so that would of contributed to keeping the weight off.

Are you a PT? Good to know someone with more experience than me is here to help! :)

Yes I'm a PT, Still relatively new to the industry though, Just under 2 years'ish qualified :)
 
Haha that's a funny video at the top of the page btw. There is a guy in my local DW gym, he comes to the gym just to use his mobile and he goes to his mate "Arr lad, I put 2 stone on in two weeks, and that's pure muscle!" I can't help but repeat that sentence to my mate when we walk past him. :')
 
Deadlifted 82kg today, and my home gym ran out of weights lol. This is how am 82kg barbell looks like. I used every single plate I have.

And to show what "supplements" I take. This is the whey protein I take, currently I have strawberry cream and I must admit I hate it, I'm never getting another flavor apart from chocolate.

And then only vitamins and stuff for the joints, when I don't take them I can feel the strain in my elbows and knees.

and thats it lol, I try to avoid taking too much supplements and try to stay as natural as possible and not depend on a gazillion amount of pills to stay healthy. I try to get all the vitamins and minerals from whole foods.
 
Sci-Mx is yuck. Best I've had is CNP but the chocolate one was to fatty, and once you'd drunk it you felt like you'd had a three course meal!

My ON's came yesterday so going to be starting running again. Along with Zuzka's workouts, I need to lay off the weights for a little bit, I had a doctors appointment on Monday and it seems I have done something to my intercostals, to get sharp stabbing pains there can't be good!
 
missed gym today, didnt finish work till 3am, i did get up at 8 to go gym, but i was stupidly achy so thought id pass
 
Minor tears in both my biceps from Monday's session. Missed today's session as I was sleeping. Heh... Friday is going to be a good day!

I see no difference lol, apart from the different colours. Sometime later this year I'll post my progression pics from day 0, day 180, day 360 and the final pic will be at day 540 which should be about 21st september this year, hopefully I'll be at a lower BF level so I can show teh sexeh muscles lol.

Today was leg day, and a pretty good one indeed, yesterday I broke my deadlift pb and today my squat pb. This is how today went.

warming up - 35kg squat - 12 reps

35kg squat - 6 reps
55kg squat - 6 reps
70kg squat - 6 reps
74kg squat - 6 reps
78kg squat - 4 reps
82kg squat - 4 reps
70kg squat - 6 reps
55kg squat - 6 reps
35kg squat - 6 reps

3004kg moved in total, which is not bad in my eyes.
