Bodybuilding/Powerlifting

How's everyone's training going, thread has gone quite this past week.

I've managed to burn a few lbs already from a couple of runs and Zuzka's workouts. Not sure how many lbs exactly but I can tell, I should probably weigh myself and check my bf %. I can't be bothered no more though, once a month I used to weigh myself, measure my neck, arms, chest, waist, thigh, calf. It gets to obsessive. :\ You only end up feeling shit when you don't see no change after a month.
 
ive been training but been so busy with work havent had much time to post about it!

but i have a monday rant!!

few people always ask me if they can train with me, i normally say no as i like to train alone, but i thought id give a couple guys a chance as they show potential, now one of them is amazing! pays attentions, if he cant complete a set with proper form he'll back of the weight which is good

now the second one has begged me for weeks, and i said no because she's female, now your all thinking she be fine? in a word no.....but she has a good base, bit shallow i know but hey ho!

so i agree, and she's running 2 hours late on her first day.....that shit pisses me off big time!!

Lol just sack her off. Don't wait for no one. My mate used to be like that "I'll come pick you up in a minute, you ready". An hour later, he'd still not be at mine...he'd been playing FIFA. Fucking idiot, he won't talk to me now because I said "Fuck FIFA, get to the gym and you can play that later."

So now he's acting like a girl and won't give me my Phil Heath Blu-rays and Arny's book back....he's 22. LOL!

He'd see me if I said come meet these girls though. He did that with this girl that was into me, after we saw her he was texting her trying to well, you know...didn't happen though.
 
Meh, just tell her you can't be waiting around for her so you can't train with her anymore. You need something good to look at when she's squatting. ;)
 
Started back this week after 12 months no gym and 2.5 stone added to weight... oops.. the battle begins.
 
Tell me about it.. i can't lift half of what i could ... even though i tried and caused myself a near injury.

So it's start from scratch and when i've got the muscles moving again it's back to 5x5.
 
If you want to shift the weight fast, then zuzkalight.com has you covered. I recommend it to everyone wanting to loose fat, 15mins of hard work a day, can't get any better.
 
Did a fully body circuit yesterday, Lasted roughly 4-5 hours, Trained every muscle, Felt great plus I beat a few personal records, 50KG on the dumb bell press was my favorite :)
