It could be so many things...

Have you installed anything very recently or has anything updated?

Have you got any overclocks on your system or made any changes in bios?

Have you changed your hardware?

logged in now again AND MAKING BACKUP

and the answers

windows 1,5 years ago and no recent drivers update
once overclocked but put default back
didnt change hardware

something changed, unless there is a failing issue in hardware. there is usually
a log in event viewer that my point to an issue. there is a place the system
dumps information to that might shed some light on the fault error.
an app for a bluescreen viewer will help, as well.
here is a link to understand BSOD and the associated files.. LINKY

i cant find anything from the time i got bluescreen, like simply nothing. i started my comp around 16:20 and then i got bluescreen and i ran startup recovery and i restarted at apperently 16:45 ( first record today ).

though i found something i usually dont find:

foute.png

first error says ( manually translated ):
the up following startup programs arent loaded:
discache
ElbyCDIO
MpFilter
spldr
Wanarpv6

then there came alot of:

The computer browser-serive is relieable of the server-service, that becaus of the upcomming error couldn't be started:
The dependency service or group failed to start.

which again was followd by alot of:
DCOM got error message '1084' and
DCOM got error message '1068'

then the next step is to look into a file called memory.dmp. that is what your
system dumped from memory during the BDOD. to read the file you will need
a viewer. usually called a blue screen viewer..
looking for the technical information of the error *** STOP 0X000XXXX0
usually a stop code gets us better info on the error.

last one is from 7-2-2012..

as i said my bluescreen didnt even last for 1 second so could that be the cause it didnt dump anything?

nop, i haven't unchecked anything

what i ment with i choose startup recovery ( i think ) was that when the pc started again you normally get start in normal or save mode and i clicked top one becaus i thought it said normal ( didnt read :L ) and then it went into recovery mode

OK, go into those settings and uncheck "Automatically Restart."

first time and doesnt do it anymore luckely, trying to find what caused it though.. but doubt we find anything seen theres no dump?

Windows tends to BSOD every now and then, I wouldn't be too worried if it's a one off

i have never gotten a BSOD (other than overclocking) just because..
it may be a freak thing, once in a blue moon.. but usually its a sign to look for.
