Hey again guys,
So another update for you guys... as I haven't really been doing anything to my PC lately, but today I did. And I haven't done any like detailed pictures like some of you guys do, as I do forget to take pictures lol...
But here are some pictures which I did actually manage to take hehe
So here was the PC before the change in terms of HDD cage and CPU cooler:
My entire, former setup, which I've made some changes to, more pictures coming later...
(
In case you're wondering why the far right monitor is off, it's because the DP port on my graphics card doesn't work anymore
)
Here's me trying out the Fractal Design Kelvin S36 for the first time:
And here's my first ever mod, yay!

... I couldn't find any good dual HDD cages online, so I took the one I got from my BitFenix Aegis (which I never ended up using) and modded my Fractal case for it...
And here's the result:
I Wasn't quite happy with the fittings touching the RAM stick like this, which I asked you guys earlier about...
Ended up with 3 faulty units and purchased from another retailer the other day and tried a different position of the pump itself, looks a bit funny due to the logo though. And also test fitted a rear fan in there as well...
But it works better in terms of not touching the RAM stick, but then I can not have a rear fan installed, as that will interfere with the tubes

... And if I have the tubes coming down from the front, but have the pumps fittings positioned downwards, like the image below, the tubes are very strangled and doesn't look all that good...
(
Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the tubes coming down from the front and having the pump fittings positioned downwards, as I never really installed it that way.
Because when I test fitted it, by holding it in my hands and lining it up, it was a lot of tension in the tubes and I had to put some force in order to get it lined up correctly and I just didn't feel comfortable with it.)
Anyone that has any ideas or so regarding this?... is it bad not to have a rear fan installed as an intake?... as all I have then is the 2 x 120's in the front as intakes. The rest is 3 x 120's on the cooler exhausting.
Right now I have the rear fan mounted on the outside of the case as an intake... not the most ideal thing, but it works, just not sure about it. As it does look a bit funny.
I also worked on the cable management today, as you might notice in the pictures, will show you all the back side and all of it once the new 980Ti comes into the PC later on
Hope you enjoyed this update to my build log and thanks for all the feedback!
Regards,
Chrazey
