i'm looking to do some swaping to make a project idea work..
i'd like to take the fan blades from the Bitfenix Spectre BFF-SCF-14025WW-RP White 140MM Case Fan
and place them into the housings of Bitfenix Spectre BFF-BLF-14025W-RP 140MM White LED Case Fan
they have identical air output (47.7cfm), dBA (20dBA), and blade speed (800-1000).
not all fan assemblies can be disassembled (without breakage) and i was looking to see if someone has
already taken one of these apart for one reason or another.
the LED would be inviting and compliment the extra lighting effects id like to incorporate in another build.
can say much at this point, but i believe it'll lend to a brighter view of many cases now.. more on that later.
if there is a procedure, i'd like to know to start 'sperminting. i've got most of the outline done, just need to
tie up some loose assembly things first.
