what does it look like in the dark? It would be even sweet if you had

the coolant under a black cathode :yumyum: or maybe your blue cathode does lite the whole biohazard window.

It used to have a bunch of LED fans and a few CCL in it at one time, but then I built a new rig for my son and he's really into the lighted case thing, so I installed most everything in his rig. Right now all I have in this case is a single 120mm LED fan.

This might be an embaressing question, but when looking at the closeup shots of the graphics card and your watercooling, there are like some curly things on the tubes, whats that for?

i believe that glows under a cathode, either that or allows a tube to keep a shape? hehe

Right on both counts, they are UV and they keep the tubes from kinking.

One of these days I might just have to put some lighting back in the case............

Got my new Thermochill PA120.3 installed along with some nice quiet 1200 rmp fans and I'm lovin the quietness of the system, and lets not forget a nice little drop in temps as well......... Even with the near silent fans, I;m seeing a 2c drop in temps across the board using CoreTemp.

2 loops = better temps.

I can't see any of the images at work (other than the ones hosted on the c3d: server, hint hint ) so I will check this thread when I get home.

Wouldnt happen to know if an XSPC triple rad would fit, or do i need a PA120.3?

Don't know about the XSPC radiator, but the front radiator mounting was setup special for the Thermochill radiators. I have tried both Swiftech and Black Ice radiator in the front and they won't fit properly without modding, their fan spacing is to close together. There is a dual 120mm fan mount in the right rear of the case that is designed to fit dual 120 Swiftech, Black Ice radiators and the like.

Anyways, here's somemore pics of the inside of the case, you'll have to excuse the PSU side of things, I also replaced the PSU and trying to figure out what to do with all the extra cable on the OCZ is a real pain in the butt.

Ahh ok.. that Photo of the PA120.3 shows the spacing, the XSPC one would be like the blackice. Means changing my Rad :/ or moving back to my dual one on the back and getting a single and doing two loops.

You could mount your radiator by the center fan mount and just bolt some fan grills to the other 2 fan openings. I used that method for a Swiftech MCR320 and it worked fairly well, but it did rattle when I mved the case around.

I love those cases! My opinion on PC cases is that the more room the better. And those are about as 'more room' as you can get.

I've tried other cases over the years, but I keep coming back home to my UFO.......... The thing has to be around 3 years or so old now, can't remember exactly when I got it anymore................ They say that the first thing to go is your mind when you start getting old............

Another small upgrade to the loop today, Swiftech APOGEE GTX water block, very expensive (for my income) but worth it in the long run, I hope anyways. Without the TIM setting in it's lowered load temps by about 3-4C.
