Best thermal compound for sub-zero cooling?

I was just planning on using some Arctic Ceramique, is this optimal or is there something out there that's better for sub-zero cooling applications?

What about that cool laboratories liquid pro? i use it and its awsome, its basically liquid metal, might be worth a try?

Can't use metal based compounds with sub-zero unfortunately :(

That crap fails. Bonds itself to heatsinks and stuff.

a simple twist and a tap with the back of a screwdriver did it for me, and it cleans off fine with some copper cleaner

Yep.

Agreed that it does harden over time and can be a pain in the arse to get off, but lets face it - it offers better temperatures than lapping your heatspreader, and it's certainly less damaging.

well naturally i did that too :) i think the reason it didnt bond that much with me (although it was alot tougher than anything else ive used) is because i have lapped my IHS and the alphacool waterblock has a mirror finish on it to start with
