Best quiet rad fans?

I'm planning on watercooling my next build with an XSCP RS360 rad. I'm looking for the best fans that are both quiet and good performing (note: Other than Gentle Typhoons and and NF-F12s). Oh, and I'm in the US if that makes any difference.

Any suggestions?

Those 2 are the best. Other than that, the BeQuiet 120mms are also good

I can't say anything about the actual quality of those, but just looking at pics of them it screams cheep to me...

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]cougar 12hp are great lil breathers, kinda loud, as a single - does a thick[/font]

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]radiator with good perormance, push/pull can be volted down $18per.[/font]

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]cooler master's "blade" master (R4-BMBS-20PK-R0) is a monster in push/pull[/font]

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]and again volted down pretty hushed, pricey as hell.[/font]

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]birfenix pros are my third after the NF-F12 for LED or non-LED. quiet when[/font]

[font=tahoma, geneva, sans-serif]12v and in push/pull still quiet, but undervolt kills the performance, great 12v[/font]
