I have 3 VG278HEs. They have edge light bleeding top and bottom but it doesn't bother me except in dark scenes. Just something to keep in mind. As far as the 2420TX is concerned, it has a built-in 3D emitter which I am not a fan of. They have high failure rates and drive up the cost. You might want to consider XL2420TE. No-PWM backlight, 144 Hz and colors are very good out of the box. Then again any one of these will have good colors once you calibrate. All of them have LightBoost for that blur-free experience. It will just come down to whether you want 24 or 27 inches.

Oh man, Well then. Try looking into EIZO FG2421. It's a VA panel that's 120 Hz and it has its own low persistence mode. If you can't find that either then I say patience. Somebody there will eventually sell those SKUs there.

Okay thanks..... I have never heard of EIZO it's selling on amazon for
Price: £481.50 alot more than the others. I know Asus and BenQ are good that's why I picked them.

Why do you want the TX model?

Why not get the T model instead. The main difference being just that Nvidia 3D vision is embedded in the monitor on the TX.

3D vision I feel is just a gimmick and I got bored of it very quickly (I purchased the external unit)

I have the T model and find its a fantastic screen. However my only gripe is that by default the brightness is set too high. But while all "120hz" monitors popping up support 144hz also. Lightboost with 120hz performs much, much better.

Because Linus did a review for it and he said it was one of the best 120hz monitor we has seen like the colours were pretty good for a 120hz, so that's why I am not sure what monitor to get either the 120Hz or the 144Hz

Well I kinda need a new monitor because Im getting my other PC so I am going to need a new monitor by Christmas.:/ How long is G-sync ?

January. The fact you WANT 120hz should mean G-sync is SCREAMING out to you. G-sync will literally make a 120hz monitor look like crap. G-sync makes it far more smooth at any FPS you play at from 30-120. 120hz monitors only look good at 120FPS constantly. Other than that looks terrible in comparison.

Spending money now on a 120hz monitor is a waste if you plan on getting Nvidia gpus.

This new monitor will be my main gaming monitor for my gaming system what I have now, at the moment I have two monitors Im going to move the on in front of me to the left because that's going to be connected to my streaming computer for twitch. So I'm going to need a new monitor quickly.... so your saying wait for g-sync urmmmm this is very annoying....

Soo let's say I did go for the Asus 144hz would it be a complete waste of money then? Also considering the Asus and the Benq are less than £400 in the UK we still dont know HOW much the new G-sync monitors are going to be.....

Because at the moment the total price of my Streaming PC and monitor comes to £1,758.74 soooo yeahhh

It wouldn't be a complete waste of money but not exactly a smart investment. G-sync would be available in January and Nvidia have stated the price increase should not be that big as the chip itself replaces a few things and makes it into one allowing the manufacturing cost to come down slightly. Asus are on of the first people to have a monitor with it.

Waiting shouldn't be a big deal(from my view) and waiting will also allow you to save up money and not have to spend a great deal all at once.

Also for streaming a PC with that price tag is kind of high(unless gaming and live streaming).
