As I wrote in the other thread, personally I'd go with either ASUS or BenQ. I'm not that familiar with AOC and since you've stated 2 great brands, that are well known when it comes to monitors and especially gaming monitors.

That's just my cup of tea though :)

yes i remember and i had a look at the monitors and compared them and found that i can get better for around about 70 pounds more so you opened my eyes to that :D. but i was just wondering what other peoples views are. Because ano the asus has better features but i read that the benq has a better screen features on it if that makes sense. this will be my first really good monitor upgrade so i want to make sure i making the right choose before i buy a monitor and thanks :D

AOC tend to have great colour on their panels, however the realistic response time is usually pretty high so for gaming they are not ideal.

I agree on either the Asus or the BenQ. Looking at just the screen, I'd personally probably get the BenQ, but the Asus screen does have built-in speakers and audio out, so if you have a console or something, you can easily hook that up to it as well!

the built in speakers is not a issues for me because i use 5 in 1 headsets for my pc gaming and console gaming.

but the mean two that i looking at are the asus and the benq i am not sure because these two monitors are close

Chrazey ano the other day you said the asus why do you think that one

Feronix why would you choose the benq one

ano i am being a pest here but just trying to get as much opinions before i make my mind up :D:)

The stand on the BenQ seems more rugid and it can also swivel much further if you want to change positions in the room during console gaming or movie watching.

It is also cheaper as it isn't 3D, so no need to pay extra for a feature that you won't use like on the Asus.

Panel quality-wise, they'll be nearly identical.

I also like the design of the BenQ better, but that's personal.

Umm... I must go with Feronix on the BenQ stand here, it does look more rugid, to be honest here. Although, from reviews I've seen etc, the ASUS isn't bad either.

Also going with Feronix on the extra features, such as the 3D, if you aren't going NVIDIA and 3D surround, that extra feature is pointless if you ask me.
My mate has the ASUS one and he sat a few hours to actually set the colors up for the monitor and from what I've read, many other people have experienced this as well.

Now, I'm personally going to get the ASUS VG248QE monitor, but that is cause I want a 144Hz gaming monitor AND I'm fortunate to have a friend who can easily and quickly help me setup the color settings for the monitor.
So this is just something to keep in mind :).

At the end of the day, it's down to personal preference in my opinion... what looks best to you etc, since it will be you that will be staring at it all day :)
