hey there I need a backplate for a scythe shiruken as I didn't realize it didn't come with one and my motherboard doesn't have one(bought second hand to keep costs down) could I use a watercool backplate with the cooler like this.

or where can I get a backplate quickly?...and cheaply

Being thicker than I thought apparently as push-pin just goes straight onto the motherboard without any sort of backplate, thought it better safe than sorry to ask as always had a backplate with any cooler :/

I think you'll be fine with the push pins. I suppose you could try and find a bolt through kit?

There are only ones for they're higher range of coolers so I'm guessing due to the weight and pressure there isn't one required.

Will it be hanging off the board? Or will it be horizontal? If horizontal I wouldn't worry about it.
