No Cooler, have to measure my case and see what fits. So I think the i5 3750k with 7950 is my best bet, although it is slightly over budget. Order will be placed this week. I will report some experiences.

For reference - on the stock Intel CPU cooler you can get 4.2GHz with fine temps. Great for a start!

No Problem. I'm able to figure this out, and it's not that much money the cooler costs. So I start with boxed and take time to find a decent one. Eventually save up and get a Noctua NH L12 or so...
