AX 750 ( NOOB ) question

I turn on my computer and the PSU fan turn a couple of time in 5 mins is this norall

I didn't get the question really. What you mean is that the PSU fan turns a couple of times and then stops? Yes, that is normal, as the fans on Corsair PSU's don't run all the time.

Do you mean the fan spins for a little bit when you boot up, then it stops? If so that's normal. The fan in the AX series doesn't spin when the PSU is at low load, so the PSU runs in passive mode, when you require more power and the PSU is loaded more, the fan starts to spin
