The Lightning is a dual slot card. I have a P67 Sabertooth and it seems that the 1st PCIe slot is missing, it starts at position 2, and it uses the later slots for the 2nd GPU. Either way, that means you'll need a suitable case to SLI the lightning due to space limitations. Keep that in mind
I have the Silverstone RV02E and you won't get 2x lightnings in that case. The mobo is great though.

Ye the problem with the Lightning and the Rampage II Gene is that it only has 2 slots thats way to close for SLI to work, atleast with the MSI card. So if i ever want to go SLI i have to upgrade the mobo
