What would any of you recommend about these two Z68 boards for a 2700k. (rest of planned spec below)
1. Asus P8Z68-v PRO/Gen3
2. MSI Z68A-GD80 (G3)
Both are PCI 3.0... which may not matter at the moment, but if i'm spending a lot of money on a PC i may as well have one i can upgrade the bits on down the road.
I dont think TTL has reviewed any Gen3 boards yet and i haven't seen either of these on the OC3D website so far.
Rest of system is as follows:
8GB (2x4GB) Mushkin Blackline (Red doesnt mix with blue...) 2133MHZ 10-11-10-28 RAM
I7 2700k
Noctua NH-D14
Seagate Momentus XT Hybrid 500GB HDD (C Drive)
OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD (D Drive)
6950/6970 MSI Twin Frozr III Graphics Card
1000W OCZ 80 Plus Gold PSU
Cheap DVD-RW
