Asus M5A99X EVO mouse/bios problem

Hi guys i have been upgrading my pc slowly and a few weeks ago got some new parts one of them being a new motherboard, as you can see from the title its the Asus M4A99X EVO. So i have not had any real problems but the following: one being my mouse (razer naga) never works in the bios it shows the cursor but i just cant move it which is strange. I have the newest bios at the time of this thread was made. I also notice that my Bus speed, HT link and also CPU frequency is dipping a lot on CPUz. I don't know if its a CPUz thing but that's very strange as well.
My CPU is the AMD Phenom II x4 995 BE at stock speeds right now. I have not tried OCing due to this strange dipping that is occurring. I am in performance mode so its not that so if anyone has any ideas please let me know it would be a great help
(even if you look at my sig while validating in CPUz it dipped)

still wondering why this is happening it does not seem to be effecting performance in any way just a bit scared to OC.
Its not a PSU issue i have a HX650 im so confused.

The new UEFI BIOSs are still glitchy when it comes to mice. Especially the USB mice.

fair enough im not that fussed really im used to using a keyboard now just wondering about the CPU problem tho :/
