Asus GTX 780 TI - temperature (& other) issues

Yes, I will use some of new generation G2/P2, no matter on price, and much cheaper unit is OK for me.
Important to be about 1000W.
That was nice project NEX1500, Etasis destroy that, obvious they didn't was ready for task. I can say I'm happy because PSU die but protect hardware from any damage even if I had very old graphic, older memory and older SSD in that time it's good because everything still work after that.
Now Super Flower is one of leaders, coil whine much less follow their units than Seasonic example. Sleeve cables are fantastic too, I will buy black model from EVGA Europe.
I know overclockers usually use AX series in most case.
But with new Platinum series EVGA is very close.

So even though you know for a fact Superflower are one of the current best PSU manufacturers you are still going with EVGA ? Fan boy'ism to the extreme lol ^_^

Because that's Super Flower, even better, in better case with nicer cables.
Super Flower best platform Leadex Platinum 1000, 1200 and even 1600W P2...
They made and 1600 Titanium, and I'm not sure but something smell me even on
Classified 2000W. But 1000/1200 Platinum are excellent units.
Did you saw them inside, and performance score, 10 years warranty, Eco Mode to disable fan, no joking with them, at the moment EVGA Power Supply section is same quality as graphic card only people didn't figure out that yet.

But something smells you ??? I'm sorry bud but I have no idea what you just said

In any case being a fan boy is quite a silly thing to do, I use to be a fan boy with certain companies and it's quite stupid to be honest.

Plus you really don't Need a 1500w PSU, You have 1 GPU and a 3770K, Even 850w would be overkill for what you have, A 750w would suffice nicely.

Noo, 1KW will be enough for me. I saw some people OC their Classified cards and 800W show on power meter.
850W would be enough but I want to be sure, you never know.
Plus I will cross now on Haswell Extreme i7-5930K and I hope OC 1000MHz as mine 3770K. 1KW will be nice for me. I will have about 100-150MHz space always.
Even with pump, 1-2 more HDD, etc...

Ahh ok fair enough, Well having some headroom never hurt :)

Before when I bought reference models and some non reference with much lower clock my task was only to OC on highest clock available on market on same chip. Example if bought GTX580 772MHz my task would be 900MHz for gaming because that's fastest clock on some 580. That's for me best filling when I play games on fastest speed of similar chips. And in future I will always go on such models, Somehow I believe more to EVGA stability tests and warranty on +200 than me and non stop pay attention on OC softwares, where are they, how much is clock, maybe something as bed driver reset clock and I didn't saw that and start game with reference speed. When I look how much I use some chip than price difference is small, example 1$ every week next 24 months more for premium model and highest speed every day instead to save some little money try to OC,
maybe fail, maybe sometimes fail.
For me this is somehow not overclock, I look on that as 10% faster card than GTX780Ti. I tell to other people if Maxwell GK104 successor is 20% stronger than GK110, than it's maybe 10% stronger than my card. That's good to know.

These are my results in some tests on fabric clock, I don't have serial and can save only this. Off course you should pay attention on GPU Score, main score depend of CPU lot and it's not accurate as GPU... And firestrike you can compare exactly difference between 780 Classy and GTX780Ti K|NGP|N Classified on same system except differente cards, best 780 vs best 780Ti.
