asrock z68 extreme4 gen3

I got a asrock z68 extreme4 gen3 and every time I turn my pc on the on-board LED error diagnostics display shown in picture show a lot of letters number rapidly going down to 00 and then beeps once then boots up fine I have not notice anything wrong and the board seems to work fine just wanted to know if this is normal or something I should get fixed.

Nope, that's fine. That's just POST checks. As long as it boots up and doesn't show any errors, you're fine mate.

Nothing to worry about.All mobos with debug led is going through bootup numbers.
It would be worse if it got stuck at a specific number and didnt boot.

a lot of them now also display AO when the system is on, which confused me massively as the manual says 'IDE initialisation has started' when I dont have any IDE devices, or hard drives in IDE. Turns out thats also normal
