Arma III t-rex mod

Holy crap I suddenly want to play arma 3 again. This is going to be amazing when it comes out. Open world pvp with dinosaurs anyone?

If this ends up being a multiplayer mod (kinda like Dayz but with dinos) I'm renting a server again. Just saying
-edit- Yeesh, server requirements for Arma 3 are as bad as I thought. I could rent a whole server for the price of one I'd like.

The price of a 32 person server from M**tiplay (My arch nemesis >>) cost the same as a dedicated server running a q6600, 4gb ram , server 2008 r2 and unlimited bandwith.
I bet you multiplay would probably run it on an underpowered virtual server as well. They did last time.

I have the hardware to have my own dedi that would destroy anything bar 100 person arma servers.Its just my sub Jurassic internet that lets me down.

Raptors would make excellent road kill ;D

that's still not a great spec for an arma 3 server..

Because an i5 2400 (in my opinion) isn't good enough for an arma server, they need some serious grunt

Aimed at audience is not a high-throughput gaming server with high CPU and Ram load... GD are pretty nifty with Arma server setups.

What framerates were you getting from the server at full load?

(I'm genuinely curious)

I wasn't running them as game servers thay where 'rip' boxes running x264 video encode's i allso had one of there cheap ks 2g servers for a site radio dj.
kimsufi is just a sister company of OVH there still ovh servers nine times out of ten resellers are just selling you ovh or leaseweb servers at a mark up.
