The only way one would explode apart from the obvious would be if you heated the unit up to the point the pressure inside built up that much the refrigerant would force its way out

phil is placing the claim and says they take a long time to respond as they need the unit, but i will get the money for a new mach, maybe get the chilly this time! it will take a while, but most of the claims go through (according to some other forums)

They take the unit and am unsure if you will ever get that back??? normaly you just get cash I think if they take yer unit fer a year by the time you get that back im sure it will be well foookered

yeh, i think i get 550 out of the claim i have evidence lol not enough for chilly
