I just got the above monitor and it's very nice anyway i'm having a bit of an issue when using VGA the monitor uses right up to the edge of the usable screen however when i use HDMI it cuts off about an inch


any one know if there is a fix for this or will i have to use dvi to vga ?

Go into ccc and look for hdmi overscan or something similar. That fixed it for a friend of mine.

Yeah it scaled it to -8% weird really

hdmi is usually used for TV's some have overscan on, that's just what it's for
