Hello, just literally finished getting a stable overclock (8 or so hours of prime95 with no errors) with these settings:
intel i5 750
BCLK 199 MHz (200 returned an error before OCCT Linpack finished auto test for 1 hour)
Multi 20 (21 returned errors in prime95 within minutes)
Vcore 1.4 V
IMC 1.4 V
PLL 1.9 V
QPI Auto
Speedstep, Turbo, C1E, Virtualisation Tech Off
Prefetchers, ACPI 2.0 On
Crucial Ballistix 1600 MHz
8-8-8-24
1.65 V
(Both are Crucial's reccomended settings, may give a go at lowering timings later)
So can anybody reccomend anything I should perhaps change/tinker with to get a better overclock, cheers.
The CPU-Z validation is HERE if there's anything else I'm missing out thats on there.
EDIT: It was written in the small print under the title but felt i should mention it again, this is my first ever overclock.
