The blue thing with the number 471 on it. It's represented by the symbol marked L104. Need another one but have no idea what it is. One has been de-soldered from board and I want to replace. It's for a digital readout for my mill at work. I know there is some peeps around here that would know. Thanks!

"L" is generally short for laminated-coil afaicr.
The number L104 tells u it'll be the same type of component as the L103 next to it - although possibly not the same value. For the value u may have to look up the diagram specs.
Inductor coil tho. Un-noisy-ing a power source.
