As the title says, anyone on OC3D in to weight lifting?
State lifting history, achievements and current program/split
Myself,
Lifting around 2 years. Primarily interested in strength, instead of bodybuilding... really not interested in worrying about what I look like. Thats what women do.
Current maxes are:
Bench: 110kg x 1
Over head press: 70 kg x 2
Squat - 120kg x 1 (povery, I know)
Deadlift - 180kg x 1 (4 plates baby!)
Did start 5/3/1 quite a few months ago, really impressed with the programme, highly recommended, but since college kicked me out for the summer I've been haaving to fit the gym in an around work, which doesnt always happen. So, no I'm having to YOLO it in the gym for the most part, but I'm not losing any strength so thats ok.
What about you guys??
