Do any of you guys know of any good partitioning software because I need a really good one. I have Googled it, but nobody seem to say anything good of any software.

You cant resize the Windows partition when Windows is running on it :p

Which is absolutely right. The most annoying thing there is.

So is Partition Magic any good then?

Problem is that Norton now owns Powerquest.

So is Partition Magic the same software it was previously

and the btw the review was helpful.

So I've decided to go for the Powerquest version instead.

Well Symantec make Norton..

Just go for an older version if you're worried about it. Or is that what you've said you have done?

Glad to help :)

For setting up partitions I've always used the Gparted Live CD or just the Ubuntu setup disk.

Edit:My bad, this thread is nearly a month old, oh well....

I have used Partion Magic a lot, it's a great program, I'm not so keen on it now Norton owns it (same with Ghost), but that may just be because I'm paranoid about the Norton brand (the ultimate in pc resource hogging).
