I use a thermaltake frio and i get quite good temps with my i7 920 oc to 4ghz, i have never seen it hit over 78 degrees on full load and thats with the fans at the lowest speeds, which i think is 1200rpm and it goes upto 2500rpm. Normal use it ranges from high 30s to low 40s

yeah it is pushing it but i could just turn fans up and it knocks it right down and my cpu never gets fully loaded unless i stress test it

also only got it housed in mid tower Coolermaster elite 334 nvidia edition case

The Frio is such a bad cooler, usual Tt tat imho.

I would have gone for the noctua but my ram lets me down on that part

but I still do quite like the frio
