Hangover Cure...

Last night was banging, you awaken to a dry mouth and ringing ears....the back of your throat is burning and no amount of water seems to relieve...

First thing your wanna do here is to get up...you body performs better while standing. This will allow your body to ease some of your pain. After saying to yourself over and over again in your head "I'm never drinking again" Man the hell up and get in the shower....Dry off and get to the kitchen. Wife/GF can always take over from here..(only joking lads, I respect them really) Once you get to the kitchen, start by making a coffee. It will need to be strong, consist of atleast 2 sugars...Drink this slowly and be carefull not to burn your tongue....no Noctua's will cool that down if your burn it....Afterwards your wanna start on some toast....spread these with dairylee cheese spread...consume this...Now, start cooking some sausages or bacon, or both....on your frying pan...Make sandwich...Eat sandwich....Consume another coffee as directed above...

Wait 1 or 2 hours.....all better

Kabab night before, stay awake after drinking for 1-2 hours then go to bed, wake up and drink water.

1 - 2 pints of water before bed.... Works wonders for me. Drunk a lot on nye but had loadsa water before bed and was right as rain the next day. Always seem to be hanging out my arse when I forget to drink my water though.

AFTER DRINKING: Drink water before you go to bed. Drink more water when you wake up. Have breakfast.

All the steps are awesome, except the shower if I get in the shower during my hangover, I am not getting out, the nice warm water, could stay there all day.

The truth! The symptoms of a hangover are predominantly caused by dehydration/

So failing to do step one or two... drink 1 litre of water before u sleep (will vary on how much alcohol u consume) and you'll wake up hangover-free!
 
OR Don't drink or stop whinning about it !

Pffffft I never get hangovers although I hardly ever drink except the odd occasion I used to quite a bit and have never had 1

Since when is poisoning one self 'playing'?

Moderation my friend, there is nothing wrong with it. Obviously if you drink everyday that's going to have an affect on your health but a drink on the weekend or once every couple of weeks (which I do) is fine. I keep myself fit, I walk ~42 miles a week(6 a day) and do two 6 mile bike rides a week. I also eat healthfully and don't smoke.

Also the best cure for a hangover is water your body is dehydrated and thats why you feel like sh**.
