has amd ever released a processor that was over 400?
according to this the Athlon 64 FX-51 had a MSRP of US $733 back when it was better than Intels Flagship Intel Pentium 4 Extreme Edition 3.2GHz (Reviews/benchmarks)
So AMD did the same back with the Athlon 64 FX-51 then as what intel is Doing now with the 990X (Intel's Current Flagship) Cpu
So if the Bulldozer Does in fact beat the the 990x AND Sandy Bridge it might just be up towards the 600s-800s, atleast Until Intels Rolls out with a Better performer (maybe Ivy bridge)
atleast thats what i think will happen.

I don't mind upgrading, just as long as the upgrade stays good for at least a year. Don't wanna be upgrading my mobo again straight away coz the first range sucked
Was reading a post today that despite what AMD say that ASUS reckon that there Crosshair IV boards will be able to run the the FX processors with only a mere BIOS update.
